Lame gaming analogies aside...hrm. Less than two weeks before we move.
I don't feel I need to say anything more on the subject.
Yesterday morning, I woke up with A Life Day Carol screaming at me to write it, so I started the first few paragraphs. Don't know when I'll be able to get around to it again. Hopefully soon, I feel awful when I have to put things off.
Basically it's about Emperor Palpatine hating the holidays, getting visited by the Force ghosts of various figures from his past, and being a snark and thinking he's one-upping them when they warn him that if he doesn't change his ways, his Sith apprentice is going to turn against him in order to redeem himself and save his son. Foreshadowing foreshadowing.
Got my dad's cold. Went to bed thinking I was going to die. As one can imagine, it was quite the surprise when I woke up this morning substantially alive.
Thankfully the muscle pains have stopped, for the most part.
